The holocaust was a wretched time in history that consisted of genocide and hatred. This left millions of people with lost family members and lives. There are horrible photos and stories that are still frightening enough to scare any audience. The world will forever be scarred by this tragic moment in history.
Most countries observing the official International Holocaust Remembrance Day do so annually on January 27. Germany, Italy, Denmark and Portugal are just a few examples. Some individuals have strong convictions about making sure people do not forget about the murders and other atrocities the rest of the year.
